Solution:
I created an Access database collected from test cell log reports of daily activity.
The user just clicks on a button from the bottom of the display that represents the system failure. The first occurrence of that system failure from the log is shown on the upper section and what action was taken with result on the lower section. Clicking on “Find Next” will bring up the next occurrence from the log.
